The apartment has 48m2 and is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Living room brings a perfect harmony of white woodwork, pastel color furniture and paintings which adorn the side wall. Furniture in the living room, if necessary, can be used as a bed for two adults. In the living room is also a wardrobe with shelves and LCD TV.
This room has a direct exit to the glass terrace, where you will be expected by "lazy bags" and environment view.
The bedroom has a double bed and a beautiful sailing ship painting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large number of partitions, with a spacious work surface, cups and wine glasses. It offers a fridge, kettle and modern stove. The bathroom is neat and clean and equipped with classic bathtub, water heater, washing machine and basic sanitation. A hairdryer can be used too.
Near the apartment is Hotel "IN", restaurant "Novak" and the highway E-75. New Merkator shopping center is only a ten minute walk, a roundabout near the municipality of New Belgrade a few stations of public transport. The central city area is a ten minute drive.
